Our Cosmetology Program

Are you ready to start your journey as a cosmetologist? Our cosmetology program is thoughtfully designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to help you excel in the beauty industry. Throughout our program, you’ll go through four sections:

  • Basic Training: In this initial phase, you’ll lay the groundwork for your cosmetology journey. Gain an understanding of various hair types, chemical applications, and more.
  • Practical Chemical Application/Hair Treatment: Dive into the world of hair coloring, shampooing, and in-depth hair treatments during this 500-hour section.
  • Hair Styling/Hairdressing: This section is where you’ll master the art of haircutting, trimming, shaping, and the finer points of crafting captivating hairstyles.
  • Shop Management, Sanitation and Interpersonal Relations: In these sections, you’ll not only learn the ins and outs of the beauty industry but also how you can effectively manage and interact with clients.

Our program is 1500 hours, depending on the schedule you choose, you could graduate in as little as 49 weeks!

What schedules do you offer for your cosmetology program?

At Ms Roberts Beauty Academy, we offer both full-time and part-time schedules so that you can get an education on your own time. For our cosmetology program, we offer the following courses:

  • 61 weeks course
  • 72.25 week course
