Since 1960, Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy has been helping individuals turn their dreams of becoming cosmetologists into reality. Our campus provides spacious classrooms and an excellent clinic area for hands-on experience. Our Mission
The mission of Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy is to provide excellence in cosmetology education. “Your Education is our Priority” The educational atmosphere is provided by a combination of well-trained staff and well-equipped facilities. We want to provide each student with a strong foundation in all areas of cosmetology, and have them graduate, become licensed, and be employed in the cosmetology field.

The teachers are awesome, they have years of experience and you will learn some styles that you never thought was possible. I was over prepared for exam because the diligence that it took. I passed in school and the state’s board exam. Mrs. Tina is so inspiring, Mr. Porsche is unforgettable and all the teacher there are excellent in their craft. The five months there preparing for my exam was something I am glad I had the chance to experience and explore a lifetime career saw after beyond my wildest dreams.

Our History
Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy was founded in 1960 in Villa Park. Our branch campus, Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy in Hillside Il was opened in 2002. The Villa Park Campus closed in December of 2014. The school’s main objective is to serve the students in achieving the best training possible. Our objective is to produce salon-ready graduates and to provide students with a solid foundation of knowledge on which to build a lifelong career.
About The Owner
Euretta Ivy, a licensed cosmetologist since 1995 and instructor since 1996, graduated from Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy. She started as an instructor in Villa Park in 1998, later becoming the Assistant Director. In 2002, she became the Director/Campus Manager when the Hillside branch opened. Under her guidance, the campus thrived, expanding from a 2500 to a 5000 square foot facility.
In 2014, Euretta purchased Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy from Mr. Philp Sparaga, and in 2015, the main campus officially moved to Hillside. Euretta, with over 23 years of successful operation, consistently achieved above-average pass rates on state tests. Her dedication extends to her family, with over 45 years of marriage, three children, and nine grandchildren. Euretta and her husband Winfred are proud business owners, committed to serving their community for over two decades. Looking forward, Euretta anticipates continuing to provide excellent education at Ms. Roberts Beauty Academy of Hillside, IL.
